As a New Zealand–Chinese business operator with cross-sector and import-export experience, he can also connect Kiwi project requirements with trusted Chinese manufacturing and supply networks where they add practical value.

James is a Registered Urban Designer and strategic development adviser with more than four decades of experience across New Zealand and Australia. Senior roles with Regenerate Christchurch and the City of Greater Geelong have equipped him to navigate politically, commercially and publicly complex urban environments — from strategic land and planning pathways to regeneration, precincts and master planning.
